Company vision and values

My work ethic rests on the following set of values:

• I believe in building a solid, lasting relationship with the client, based on mutual trust and the exchange of information, advice and feedback, rising up to new challenges with a view to improving the image of both parties.

• I work with a clear goal in mind: to go on making a living from my passion for languages and cultural diversity, while assisting my clients to achieve their own goals.

• I am rather reluctant to think of “time” as the only priority criterion. I believe I offer reasonable deadlines for my translation services. If I know I will not be able to meet the required deadline, I simply do not take up the job. Saying no to a potential client is preferable to having them disappointed and losing them as a result.

• I believe in the benefits of a healthy balance between a rewarding job and a cost-effective one. This balance lets me offer my clients truly competitive fees. To check this out, I welcome you to submit the RFQ-Request for Quotation form.
